fetchmail

i've given up with the old window like stuff (at last say's Al :-) )

i've got sendmail working well and i'm well pleased with it!

fetchmail is another matter though.....

i used the novice version of fetchmailconf to set this up as the expert mode is
a bit beyond me at the moments!

the problem i'm having is that the mail is being detected but as soon as a
download is requested, an error occurs saying that the smtp:localhost setup is
incorrect?

i can't find any setting's which may resolve this problem.

can anyone point me in the right direction?
