That was Sendmail receiving the message from you...

.. and queueing it for retry later.

That one shows that the message was successfully passed on to 
smtp.ntlworld.com - your provider's smart host?  If there's a problem, it's 
somewhere between your provider and the final recipient.   You might get 
somewhere by asking your provider where these messages went, but it 
certainly went out from your system OK.
