	Good man! CVs in Emacs! Probably has a CV mode, wouldn't
surprise me...

	Go and edit you .emacs file, and use the auto-fill mode. It has
a variable associated with the line width, somewhere. I use Xemacs, and
tend to do those things through the GUI, as Lisp is not my cup of tea...

	As said, check auto-fill (or fill-adapt) mode.
