RE: More on Fetchmail
fetchmail will use the .fetchmailrc in your home dir without any command
line options by default if executed at the command line. When included in
ip-up.local it will use the root .fetchmailrc unless told otherwise.
fetchmail -f /home/richard should do the trick.
