 Last time I called BT, the response I got was "Linux? Is that some kind of 
MacOS?"

 The tech support guy I later spoke to did at least say that they didn't know
too much about Linux, but if I had something useful to say and links to look 
at,
that he could pass on to customers and BT staff.

 At least he wanted to learn...it's probably not the company policy tho :-)
