Really? Shame.

And, apart from implementations, has anyone found more than two versions of
the same implementation that work well with Oracle? I know it's all
propreitry software. But, for example, at work I have Oracle 8 on my
machine. It only seems to work with JDK/JRE 1.1.5 release 6 (IIRC). WTF is
that all about?!?

It *can* be good, but it seems to be getting worse, doesn't it?!!

JRE is much smaller, and generally works pretty well. I have to congratulate
the Blackdown guys on the quality of their implementation, it seems pretty
good from my experience, non of the old CLASSPATH nonsense of the old days
;)

Cheers,

Alex.
