Look for lib/security/java.policy and read up on policy files either on
java.sun.com or get Java Enterprise/Security by O'Reilly Associates.

The base security measure is actually quite restrictive. It's pretty easy
to configure too. IMO the security model is one of the few high lights of
a pretty patchy product (Now if Sun would GPL Java2EE I might be
interested)

Try www.myopenapps.com. They're a Linux shop, and expanding a fair bit,
dunno if they have any security jobs as such.
