Hmm...longest uptime for me is 45 days - but I have a habit of doing a lot 
with this machine requiring a reboot (usually hardware related). Shortest 
*unintentional* uptime of my own demise (rather than power failures and 
maintentance (eg, new kernel, hardware fiddling, ...)) is about 4 days, which 
I achieved a few days back when I was fiddling around with the 8-way under 
the desk trying to get a free socket. Oops...

Mind you, machine at work is going nicely ... about 140 days uptime, with a 
fair load average (face it: a box can sit for years if its doing next to 
nothing ... even NT can do this).
