Use masquerading in sendmail. Check sendmail.cf, and find the line starting with DM, and replace it with DMecosse.net

Even easier. Go to setup, then config. The option 'user domain' (third from top, i think) should be ecosse.net, et voila! (or 'and walla!' if you use M$ stuff) the correct email address....
