Again I agree with you Richard. The fact that it's perceived that Linux 
needs more support will allow companies to weight their prices accordingly 
though, irrespective of whether the support is actually necessary or 
provided. I just wish that more support was forthcoming from the LEAs but 
it's my guess that many of their ICT people know little or nothing about 
Linux and are therefore unwilling to promote it to the schools... just one 
more case of being afraid of the dark.
