	Yes, you can get them via rsync. In the past, some fellow used
to put up a new image  every 2 weeks or so. The mirrors can be found in
'ere:
ftp://ftp.fsn.hu/pub/CDROM-Images/debian-unofficial/MIRRORS
(and there's a few, more obscure others around).
