Nowt to do with the BIOS. Although that looks like a valid IP/port
combination, it's nothing to do with that either ;) It's just saying 'I
was run on 127.0.0.2, with a process id of 1459'. Sounds like something in
your net config is screwy - localhost should be 127.0.0.1!
Remove the lock file, try running netscape again. You say netscape runs
for other users? Remove all the config files (.netscape/), and try running
it again. I would certainly suggest it looks like your network config's a
bit screwed tho'..
