There's a fair few "SurfTime" deals around - PlusNet spring to mind as a
sheffield based supplier, I also know some of the staff :)
I use greatxscape who do the 2 hour cut off which is really not that much
of a pain unless you do a lot of BIG downloads.
ADSL next year when I move house though. Still no positive news on the
Linux Alcatel USB DSL modem driver though. :(
