I don't think so. It's one of thos things where you have to sign off a 
piece of paper saying that it's done, so the technician is seen as 
doing his job. They will also not even book your installation if they 
thought you don't have the 'right' platform for their service. For 
example there was a time when people with Win2000 were turned 
away simply because the installers haven't been trained etc.
