According to the SuSE book it says that I should put......

`14 6-24/1 * * * root test -x /usr/sbin/isdnctrl/isdnctrl dial ippp0
&&  /usr/sbin/isdnctrl/isdnctrl dial ippp0'

so, I've put that in and I'll see what happens.
