Setting reply-to: is fine, as long as you trust your correspondents' MUAs
to actually *use* it; MickeyMouse MUAs, in particular, are notorious for
getting this wrong.  Their original PoS (that monstrosity that shipped
with Duhs 95) used the Return-Path: instead, more recent ones use From:
instead of Reply-To:.  Of course, we all knew their monkeys are trained to
ignore standards...

Personally, I use Sendmail with genericstable, but I'm a sick puppy :)
