 Well, let me know how you get along. I've got the Oracle disk and the
tar file here  - I could burn you a copy if you like.
8.1.7 is the latest version, but 8.1.6 is still up to it.
The download is a painful experience - 8.1.6 is 285Mb, and IIRC 8.1.7 is
400-odd Mb.

OK, I just interpreted

as no profit = no commercial reason to bother with it.

 Grrr. The lack of word wrap (that I can see before sending) in Netscape
is really getting on my wick.
