[Sheflug] Ethernet Card Reset?

Hi Folks,

I've scrounged a 3c509 ISA EtherlinkIII card out of an old 486. I'm 
trying to attach it to our 10-base-T (RJ45) network, but only the 
10-Base-2 (BNC) socket seems to be active, so the link won't come up. 
Any ideas how to reset the card so that its RJ45 port works?
