RE: [Sheflug] Promise ATA-100 controller.
Happy New Year everyone.
I've been boozing in Edinburgh until yesterday, so excuse me if I've been a
bit
quiet :-)
Alex, I've just upgraded to 2.4.0-prelease - I'm not sure if there have been
any
driver changes to the system since test12 (probably not), but I'll try it
again
anyway.
I've got 2 UDMA66 cables, and I get the same problem with both of them.
I'll yank out another couple of cards. If this is a problem how do I sort it?
I've never had any issues with IRQs in the past.
I've only got a few cards in the machine - graphics (AGP), TV card, network
card
(both PCI) and soundcard (ISA), plus the PCI Promise controller.
Looks like I'll be having fun tonight :-(
Baz.
