[Sheflug] Netscape and Java ...

Before people tell me Netscape Java is crap ... I know :)

But does anyone know of a browser or some other way of running a stable
useable java over the web - basically, the Java-based games at
games.yahoo.com seem to be giving NS grief by not working properly. Spent a
while trying to get the thing to join a friend in a game before giving up
cursing Netscape.

This is about the only thing I need a windows box for -- IE is, by
comparison, a hell of a lot better at this sort of thing than NS.

Suggestions on a post card ... Mozilla has been unsuccessful ... ie, run it
then sit there for 5 mins as it does ... um ... nothing (it's not thrashing
the disk or eating CPU). Not given NS 6 a whirl, but most folk seem to regard
it as not brilliant.

Before people suggest a KDE or Gnome based browser - I don't run KDE or
Gnome, and don't have the libs installed anyhow...but if the Java is
*substantially* better than Netscape's offering, I may take a look.

Chris...
