Isn't there a .tar.gz with an executable script to install it?
The probram is _huge_, and it might take several generations of good men
to compile. If you just want the office suite (and you don't want to do
any hacking on it), why don't you just get the .tar.gz? It might be
useful to get hold of a cover CD with the file, though. If memory
serves, it was ~50 megs...
